Netled A.E.D was founded in 2018 by Amin Ramal and Erez Segev.
The two have made it their mission to develop a climate-resilient growing system, based on artificial intelligence for healthier and more efficient food production, kinder to the environment and closer to end users.

materials engineers, and computer scientists.

David Lurie, is a former Rear Admiral in the IDF Navy. David brings over 40 years of local as well as international executive management records, in the business sector as head of Bank Ha-Poalim Ltd. procurement department, as well as in the public sector, as Head of Operations and Infrastructure Development in Haifa Municipality.
David holds an M.A. in Political Science from Haifa University and has graduated from Senior Business Management and directors’ programs.
Erez Segev- With over 20 years of international experience in product development and management of complex, high-budget projects, Erez has developed a dedicated controller for breast cancer testing in an EU-funded Transcan project.
Erez has served as VP of Development at PCS Revenue Control, and led the development department at EGitech, developing a home video switchboard system that was nominated for Product of the Year in the USA and won praise in the American professional press.
Erez holds a B.A. in Electronic Engineering from the Technion- Israel Institute of Technology and an MBA from Fairleigh-Dickinson University.
Amin is the CEO and founder of the NRSA Group for Building and investments ltd.
Since its establishment in 1996, the group has become an industry leader in performing large-scale construction projects for the Israeli government as well as the national defense industry.
The NRSA Group supports sustainable entrepreneurship in collaboration with start-ups from various fields and promotes gender equality and the economic advancement of minority populations.
NRSA employs today about 135 women from the Druze-Arabic sector.
‘Mini Planet’ is smart indoor climate control and dynamic lighting system for agricultural cultivation. Our technology enables replicating dynamic sunlight, as well as setting the optimal climate for a specific crop, to improve productivity and quality of fresh produce, grown in any place, in any environment throughout the year.
It can be used in greenhouses as a complementary system or in indoor growing rooms as a complete solution.
David Lurie, married and a father of three, previously served as the commander of a submarine fleet in the IDF, and managed some of the largest and most advanced projects in Israel and around the world. David concluded his service in the IDF as a Rear Admiral in the Navy.
David holds an M.A. in Political Science from the University of Haifa and is a graduate of the Senior Business Management Program and directors’ course, as well as a graduate of the “Advanced Negotiations for Seniors” course. Among his prominent roles, David managed the corporate procurement department at Bank Hapoalim, served as Head of Operations and Infrastructure Development at the Haifa Municipality, and currently serves as CEO of the start-up company Netled A.E.D, which develops climate control technology and photosynthesis for indoor crops.
Erez is an active partner and has extensive experience in product development and planning complex, high-budget projects. These allowed him to acquire unique skills which helped him command, manage and serve in key positions. As a developer and independent consultant at Transcan, Erez developed a dedicated controller for breast cancer testing, served as VP of Development at PCS Revenue Control (where he led the company from failure to dizzying success in the US market), and managed the development department at Egitech where they developed a home video switchboard system that was nominated for Product of the Year in the United States, and won praise in the American professional press. Erez holds a B.A. in Electronic Engineering from the Israeli Institute of Technology, an M.A. specializing in Management from Fairleigh-Dickinson University, and a certificate from Jezreel Valley College in Management of Information Systems and Databases.
Amin served in the IDF as a combatant and paramedic during the First Lebanon War. Upon completion of his military service, he began his civilian career as a concrete mixer driver and operator of a concrete pump. Today Amin serves as CEO and owner of the NRSA Group for Building and Investment Ltd., which since its establishment in 1996 has become a leader in the execution of projects for government bodies and the national security industry such as Refael Advanced Defense Systems, the Prime Minister’s Office, the Ministry of Defense, and more.
As part of Amin’s worldview, the company promotes equal rights and the advancement of populations, and as a result the company employs about 135 women from this sector of society. The NRSA Group promotes green and effective entrepreneurship in collaboration with start-ups from various fields, as well as with Netled A.E.D through the development of a Mini-Planet system operating in the field of precision agriculture
